Another client of ELEOS is Sole2Sole, a footwear shop specializing in European footwear labels. Sole2Sole is founded by Lynette Lim in February 2004 and she has been in the footwear retail industry for more than 10 years.
Similarly with Tannlines, Octopus Lite was recommended through a friend and she thought that it was interesting that ELEOS was able to have the retail software work on a MAC platform, as most retail softwares work on Windows platform. As quoted from her,
"It helps me manages my inventory, point-of-sales and also customer-relationship. I like the fact that it's web-based so that allows me to get information even when I'm outside my shop. For customers, they do not order online, but rather they go to our website and get information about the shoes and they would normally try the shoes before making their purchase. And also I think for image wise, the MAC looks more sleek and it has a touch of style so it was really good that ELEOS had this system for MAC users since it's hard to find the compatibility for MAC. Moreover machines don't look so cool and I guess it's normal to see people using machines to do everything."
Moreover, since Sole2Sole only caters to the ladies, Lynette has decided to cater shoes for the men as well. Octopus Lite will come in handy in this area as everything that she wants will be in her MAC, there will not be any need of a cash register or any need to do things the manual way.
